Wow, 2011 was a crazy busy year! We spend most of every day down in the details with what isn’t working yet, still to do and looking forward. Scaffolding off yesterday and our first full views of the building at the end of the day. Check the Flickr site for more photos.
Milestones, being met left and right last week. Most significantly we went “all clean” and started various flush outs as part of our commissioning process. This meant a large crew in over the last weekend to wipe down every surface in the building, followed by more cleaning each day. This was so that we could start up the HVAC and Heat pump systems. Its going to be an exciting year. Everyone can see the end in sight now. Sometimes hard to believe we’re going to be functional in a couple of weeks, but Greg Herle, our unflappable Site Super (Heatherbrae), his crew and all the local trades are working to the plan and it’s all coming together.
