We are all about collaboration and partnerships. As we come on line, our first culinary partnership came into play this week.
Through the Culinary Institute of Vancouver island we were approached by Rational Canada to be a demonstration Center for their products. Rational generously provided one of their Self Cooking Centers to the Station and and will be using it for cooking demos and training. Very cool and we all win :). This week, Rational Executive Chef Dwayne Botchar commissioned and debuted the oven, although we are starting to think it may be closer to a Star Trek replicator.
