Buena Sera Rustic Italian
November 8th 2:00 – 5:00 pm

Join Chef Debbie Shore for a feast with authentic Italian flair. Share the simple beauty of Tuscan cooking. Fancy sauces aren’t needed to hide the food because Tuscans love pure, strong flavors and the freshest of ingredients. Taste some of our Chefs special treats straight from Italy. Includes a glass of wine.
Cost: $60 plus tax

Bounty of the Sea
November 15th 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Tired of baked salmon? Come and learn some new ways to prepare the local catch and enjoy the beautiful view of Baynes Sound. Chef Lila will demonstrate cleaning, filleting, and different cooking methods for fish and shellfish. Class will include a 4 course tasting meal and a glass of wine.
Cost: $60 plus tax

Holiday Baking with Spirits
December 6th 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Learn how to prepare our Chef’s favorite holiday recipes with a kick! Get into the holiday spirit with festive treats such as Apricot and white chocolate biscotti, dark rum truffles and better than you can dream hot Belgian chocolate. Everyone will leave with Christmas goodies.
