Fall Cooking Classes at Deep Bay


We are excited to announce a series of cooking classes at Deep Bay Marine Field Station for the upcoming fall season. Call us at 250-740-6611 for more information or to register. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.

Tired of baked salmon? Come and learn some new ways to prepare the local catch and enjoy the beautiful view of Baynes Sound. Red Seal Chef Lila Ruzicka will demonstrate cleaning, filleting, and different cooking methods for fish and shellfish. Class will include a 4 course tasting meal and a glass of wine.
Cost: $60 plus tax

Holiday Baking with Spirits
December 6th 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Learn how to prepare our Chef’s favorite holiday recipes with a kick! Get into the holiday spirit with festive treats such as Apricot and white chocolate biscotti, dark rum truffles and better than you can dream hot Belgian chocolate. Everyone will leave with Christmas goodies.
Cost: $60 plus tax
