Spice it up and join guest chef Rikhi Daat of Go Mango to learn some basic East Indian cooking techniques. We will fill the station with exotic aromas while we simmer curries, roll roti and learn how to make authentic samosas and pakoras from scratch.

Chocolate Lovers – March 28th 1:00pm-4:00pm
Learn how to work with temperamental, glorious chocolate just in time for the Easter Bunny. We will cover a variety of techniques including truffles, impressive garnishes, moulding, decadent tarte au chocolate and the very versatile mousse. Expect to get your hands covered.
Cost includes a welcome snack, coffee and tea, a recipe booklet, light hands on demonstration, and take away boxes of all your delights to share.
